Aardman Studios has announced a film in collaboration with Pokémon, set to release in 2027

The Pokémon anime film will follow the main character, Hana, a young girl who looks up to a Dragonite, who is a postman. Hana receives a letter without the name and address of the sender. She sets out to find the anonymous sender with the help of her trusty Fuecoco. When they find the letter’s sender, Rio, they find out the letter was for his father’s birthday. However, his father is in Kanto, and it is the day of his birthday. Dragonite, Hana, Rio, and, of course, Fuecoco must deliver the letter before it’s too late.
