The film shows several episodes from the lives of different people, which turn out to be connected by a single monetary bill.

Each of the characters personifies different professions, cultures and outlooks on life, but they definitely agree on one thing - in the boundless love for the place in which they live.

The young composer works as a piano tuner. In order to tune the piano, silence is needed, but in the apartment where he was invited, the sounds live their lives creating their own music.
