A young city man joins the construction of a lighthouse in the deep south of Chile. Among rude workers, the only woman in the place will be his best company on this cold and lonely piece of land.

Immersed in an immobile and humid landscape, Alex and Patricio perform their daily labor in the fields. But this almost immutable routine hides uncertainties and wishes they will have to confront, when the transformations in their work and the territory dissolve the securities and affect them directly.
