Lady Seeks a Room 1937
Solicitor Lukács is well known for his expertise in divorce. He lets a room and while he is away, Csahos, his articled clerk, in charge of business affairs in the absence of the solicitor, leaves almost all of the flat to Székely Klári, a pretty university student. Lukács, while driving his car to Siófok, accidentally bumps into his wife and their friend, Bognár Miklós. Misunderstanding the situation, he asks for a divorce.
The Captive of Gorod 1940
The film takes place in Russia during the World War I. Three Hungarian POWs are on the run from their Russian captives. One of them gets shot down. Lieutenant Balogh and Miska, his servant, are brought before Szergej Dragow. The Russian offers to take them on to serve him. Balogh says yes, only to attempt to escape later.

A day in wintertime Budapest. Shot in an avant-garde style, the study extended over the smallest details of everyday life, observing everybody from workers repairing the street to nightclubbing bourgeoisie. A special rarity is the Arizona pub from Nagymező street, featuring a primadonna on a stage equipped with a very special elevator.
