The story of a vagrant wandering through the frozen wastelands of the USA in a post-Y2K world where the president is out of power and the people have become savages. One man struggles to survive as he journeys alone through dangerous ganglands with military police in pursuit.

A married couple, desperate for money, turn to soliciting sex to strangers they meet online. Unable to handle the encounters, the husband snaps and takes the lives of all those who laid with his wife.
