When the King of France (Peter Hutt) demands that John (Tom McCamus) relinquish his crown in favor of his nephew, the young Prince Arthur, war is the inevitable result. Excommunication, attempted atrocity, rebellion and assassination all contribute to a political turmoil and personal grief for a mother who has lost her son.
Arabella is a young girl who is orphaned. She is left to live with her wealthy cousin, Mika. Arabella attends Mika's private school, where she feels out of place. The school is divided into rival gangs, and Mika is the leader of one of them.
Heba, who was found by a man who was leaving the mosque one day, drew his attention to the screaming of a child who was thrown by her unknown mother in order to hide her crime. This scene provoked the feelings of that man who decided to adopt her.
