When a young hiker stumbles onto an isolated farm after losing her way on the Appalachian Trail, she is taken in by a strange yet beautiful couple desperate to protect a secret deep in the mountains.

In 1905, the son of a revolutionary executed by the king's government continues his father's work. Due to the events of 1917, he is arrested, but he manages to escape and calls the workers to revolt. The revolution broke out in Georgia as well. In these battles, the life of a revolutionary dies, at whose grave he takes an oath of loyalty to bright ideas.

Based on the works of Jean Anouilh. The film, with a modern interpretation of the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, deals with the eternal themes of life and death, loyalty and betrayal. The ship which supplies Anton Denikin with money, weapons and secret documents gets to the attention of different party units in a Black Sea resort.
