Named after a little Indian Hamlet in the southern state of Oaxaca this ethnographical documentary deals with the voluntary work, called "TEQUIO" which is used by the people of these very poor communities to empower some local projects. It represents a clear example of a socially concerned film production, during the seventies this was the case with many film documentarists.
