Kenichi en zijn oom onderzoeken een illegaal experiment in de megastad Metropolis. Beiden ontdekken dat het gaat om een supermens genaamd Tima die over de wereld moet heersen onder het beheer van Duke Red. Maar de 'zoon' van Duke Red is daar fel op tegen en probeert alles om het hele plan te saboteren.
