There is a serial killer called The Wet Slasher murdering women in Los Angeles. At the same time stand-up comic Millie Barker was kicked off a reality show just as she was close to winning a house and now she has been banished to a small, scary desert town called Argus for the past five years. Millie decides to get back at the show's producer, Regina Worthington, by kidnapping her wife, aspiring actress Andrea Worthington. Sally, Regina and Andrea all find their paths crossing with each other and the serial killer in this horror comedy with several twists and turns. Murder, mayhem and jokes set in a town where anything can happen.

Lazarus Fell, a former naval intelligence officer trained in black ops and tasked with tracking down the most wanted Terrorist in the world, has gone rogue, realizing his mission has been inexplicably compromised by his own chain of command. As a result, Lazarus has faked his own death, forsaken his life, his family and all that matters to him in the world, to continue his solitary pursuit. But he has personal motivations as well, believing his father, Solomon Fell, Chief of Operations for the Office of Naval Intelligence, was killed in the attacks of 9/11 – the event masterminded by the selfsame Terrorist.

Jacki, a scientist involved in genetic research, meets Tom, a young modern dancer who is suffering from a degenerative nerve disease. Jacki experiments with using genetic material taken from a cat to cure him, but the cure has side effects, and Tom begins to take on feline characteristics that may turn him into a monster. The situation is further complicated by Tom's attachment to Imogen--and Jacki's growing jealousy as she fears the loss of her patient and lover.
