KIU cannot bear to see Mr and Mrs WONG end up divorced, so she finally agrees to cancel the property sale and purchase agreement. As a token of thanks and compensation, Mr WONG has given KIU HK$100,000. LAN who is about to give birth urges HONG to send her to a private hospital for a Caesarean delivery. HONG has no choice but to accept her request. The nurse in charge asks ON to pay a deposit on behalf of LAN. Knowing that ON will end up paying all the fees for HONG, KIU stops him at once.
