A young girl collapses and dies on the street after what appears to be an all night sex party. Han and Razali find themselves up against a higher order when the trail leads to a foreign ambassador. Meanwhile, a foreman at a construction site is slashed to death. When Sam and Miki dig deeper, they realize that the murder victim could also be a murderer himself.
