Teenage Julien loves his teenage cousin Julia among flowers in summer of '39 France.

Franz Bielek is a bailiff by conviction. However, his overzealousness is increasingly a thorn in the side of his superiors, so they transfer him from the provinces to Munich without further ado. Overwhelmed by the big city, Bielek no longer collects a single mark and is sent to Berlin for further training.

A German scientist takes refuge in an unnamed South American country, and finishes the development of a weapon of mass destruction. Lesky, is assistant, is paid by a Chinese spy ring to abduct the scientist, and appropriate the weapon. Super agent Z7's mission is to find them and prevent that, which he does - at a cost of a number of lives.

Customs officers Katti and Wolfgang are so deeply in love with each other that they are barely aware of their surroundings. But after the wedding reception, there's nothing but trouble.
