On the other hand, YAT-CHUN finds out about the history between CHI-MING and YAU-SANG, above which he even unveils the fundamental budget problem regrading YAU-SANG's handling of the allocation of the funds for the clinic. Though the clinic officially opens for business, the situation is not ideal as most of the patients would rather consult a doctor than use the service of the clinic.
