T. J. Hooker - Season 5 Episode 12 Shootout

Hooker, Corrigan and Stacy are working undercover on a pimp sting when they respond to an armed robbery alert at a nearby bank, and the ensuing shootout as the robbers escape sees an Officer fatally wounded and dying in Stacy's arms.
