TAK has no alternatives but to tell SHIRLEY about the freelance business of MANDY. Although SHIRLEY feels pity, she insists MANDY to resign. Thus, PIC and BO also follow the decision of MANDY. Just before submitting the resignation letter, MANDY realises that SHIRLEY is redundant. Fit 100 Department is undertaken by KWOK now. In order to establish goodwill in the department, KWOK implements new policy and resumes the fourteenth months salary. Everyone is amazed with joy.
