MA KA LUN is brought up in a family of doctors. He treats his mother good and all of the members of the family respect the family. LOK SHAN marries LUN after she has graduated but she is not accepted by other members. SHAN hopes that she can have a small family with LUN. SHAN's sister WU hopes that she can become a famous Cantonese opera actress. She spends her life in opera but she also advises SHAN to find her true self instead of a housewife. SHAN meets WING LEUNG - her former lover. LEUNG returns from the Netherlands and her mother-in-law thinks that there is filthy relationship between them. SHAN is angry and drinks a lot of wine. There she meets LEUNG's boss CHIU HUNG. SHAN fallows HUNG to hotel but at last she changes her mind. HUNG wants to stop her and in chaos, she thinks she has killed HUNG. HUNG's subordinates determine to pay revenge for HUNG. KIN PAK, who has killed HUNG, also accuses SHAN. LEUNG cannot protect SHAN……
