Trapped in the triangle of kidney pain, slipped discs, and morbid obesity, three friends find themselves nearing the brink of insanity as they also fall into the quagmire of addiction. To make matters worse, they face the increasingly totalitarian Yılmaz's audacious attempt to rescue a failing marriage, pushing them to their limits.
