MING-CHU asks LAM-TAI out to exchange information. LAM-TAI claims that HOI SING regards HOI LEUNG as the one who killed his father HOI YEUNG. HOI SING therefore tries to take revenge by destroying Treasure Ocean Plus Group. HOI LEUNG is shocked to learn that HOI SING has sold all the shares of Director CHIU. HOI SING admits coldly that he is trying to take a revenge on him. In order to calm HOI SING down, HOI LEUNG agrees to suspend his project with Director CHIU and he asks CHEUK-WAI to pacify Director CHIU by offering discounted shares to him. On MEI-SZ and LAM-TAI’s wedding day, Director CHIU suddenly arrives. HOI SING overhears HOI LEUNG’s conversation with Director CHIU and he realizes that HOI LEUNG has deceived him. HOI LEUNG is displeased that HOI SING is fighting with him all the time because of HOI YEUNG. He wants to tell him the truth but WAI-SUM stops him nervously. She suddenly collapses and falls into the swimming pool……
