Coliandro witnesses a clandestine race between two motorcyclists but one of them loses control and causes the other to fall, who is killed. The inspector and Buffarini manage to save the motorcyclist responsible for the accident and find refuge in the police station but will have to deal with the bloodthirsty boss of the area, brother of the deceased pilot, who seeks revenge.
