Since Sonny Barger took over the unofficial leadership of The Hells Angels, expansion has been the number one priority. Barger wants to unite all outlaw motorcycle gangs around the world under one banner: The Hells Angels. They are to be a global crime machine. In the 1990s Bargers global ambition leads to the Great Nordic Biker War: a vicious battle between The Hells Angels and the Bandidos for control of the Scandinavian drug trade. For several years these two gangs are locked in a fight to the death. Anti-tank missiles, grenades and rocket-launchers are some of the weapons that are used to rip up the streets of Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki. In their desperate search for a solution local authorities turn to Biker Expert JP Levesque of Quebec. But, will it be enough to stop the Bikers before they become all-powerful?
