Abundant Life Ministries Evangelist Tom Waters sits down with Dr.Peppers on the Outreach Connection program. The pastor is present to talk about senior luncheons and the benefits it has to the local communities. Tom is also host of the Christian Television network affiliate Program "The Song and The WORD" produced at WTJR Studio where Outreach Connection is also produced. Pastor Tom Waters is also the longest running Camera Operator for the Outreach Connection program and light-heartedly plays the piano for Dr. Peppers and Donette Douglas to sing, while behind the scenes.
