Giorgos visits for the first time the interior of the island and the home of his daughter, Maria. The same house where his wife Eleni lived and died. Elpida, which participates in the new experimental treatment, dies. Dr. Kiritsis tries to convince Papadimitriou and the sorority members to volunteer in the new drug to set an example to the others. In Neapoli, Antonis understands the love affair of Anna and Manolis. Anna announces to the Vandoulakis family that she is pregnant.
