CHUNG and Madam CHOI, wife of LAU BIU, have come to see BEI. Madam CHOI has called for a tax increase, and HON LEUNG believes that she is actually trying to force BEI out of Xinye. HON LEUNG urges SHUN to provide a solution as soon as possible. SHUN has no choice but to ask KUEN to help research Madam CHOI’s background.
