MEI is going back to the Philippines. FU proposes to her. CHAN has opened up another illegal casino. CHONG and a number of tycoons go to CHAN’s casino to play with FU. CHONG is in the lead at the beginning. But then he deliberately lets FU catch up with him. The game ends in a draw. The true intention of CHONG is to let the tycoons know that FU has the ability to memorize cards. FU needs to talk to MEI’s parents about their wedding. FU asks WAN to take CHONG to the Philippines.
