HEI finally accepts LAI’s offer and joins the magazine. HEI gets a call from her maid Aunt LUK saying that MARCO has had a car accident and is lying in the hospital. HEI is so worried about MARCO and hurries to the hospital right away. Once again MARCO makes a sincere apology to HEI and begs for forgiveness. HEI is so deeply moved and the lovers make up soon afterwards. TERRY asks for a job at LAI’s magazine, in the hope that this will give JANE a better impression of himself.
