After Zoe So underwent surgery, Tong Ming has not gone to the ward to check on her. Oi-ling rushes back to Hong Kong and visits Zoe So on her sickbed. She eventually vents her negative emotions that have been bottled up all day long. Mainland tycoon Mr Guo takes his son, who suffers from refractory epilepsy, to MarsPax to seek medical treatment. He also asks Man-shun and Ip Ching to handle this matter in a low key manner. Zoe So calls Tong Ming as Ip Ching tells her Tong Ming has not left the hospital. Zoe So approaches Tong Ming and persuades him to go home and have a good rest. She also honestly tells him why she had a divorce.
