TIK-MAN is dissatisfied that the company has lost the chance to cooperate with YUEN SUM due to the quarrel between KWONG-NAM and YUEN SUM. Taking this opportunity, FA-LUI promises that she will try to persuade YUEN SUM to stay for the sake of the company. TIN-KIU goes to search SIN-NAM, with whom he has lost contact, but both of them are blackmailed after having some nude photos taken.
