CHAN KAU buys a new boat. He feels that he has achieved some success. Therefore, he determines to marry YING. YING promises and KAU gives her an old coin as a pledge. LAU CHEONG finds that YING has grown up. He thus sends a match-maker to find a suitable marriage for her. YING feels very upset. KUEN asks YING to urge KAU to ask for their marriage quickly. However, the match-maker declares that the rich YIU family has requested for YING's marriage. KAU thus retreats from the competition. KAU goes to tell CHEONG about his relationship with YING.
